I had a wonderful stay, and what made it even more memorable was the warmth and hospitality of everyone at the hotel. The front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful, room service was prompt and efficient, and the luggage staff were some of the friendliest people I have come across. Everyone genuinely made me feel well looked after throughout my stay. I stayed for 2 nights at first before heading to a new city. And then I returned after I was done to stay for 4 more nights purely by my positive experience the team gave me. The food was another highlight. Everything I tried was exceptional, but the chilli chicken dry and the lemon chicken were absolute standouts and are must trys. One thing that really impressed me was the team's attention to detail. I had mentioned that I wanted to try the fried ice cream, but it wasn't available that day. I had completely forgotten about it but before I checked out, the room service staff actually followed up with me and made sure I got to try it before I left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly summed up the level of care they put into making their guests feel special. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a lovely experience. Special shout outs to Anjali & Ankitha from the front desk, Pandey dada who always helped with my luggages, and all my other team members who helped me along the way with room service and maintenance (couldn’t get their names in time tho’). I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Although good ambiance and facilities lot of improvements required for services. Often phone unattended in Room Service. Same menu repeated. Food is not tasty although the quantity is more quality is less. Do not care attitude of the management to be noted and to be improved for the credibility of the industry.
